Every plan includes website hosting on an NVMe/LiteSpeed platform, SSL/HTTPS, standard provider backups, basic security, domain connection and DNS guidance, managed setup, launch support, and basic hosting troubleshooting.
Minor care includes supplied text and image changes, contact information updates, small link or button changes, testimonials, and minor display or formatting fixes, within your plan’s time allowance.
Unused care time does not roll over. Hosting-side troubleshooting does not consume your website-edit allowance. Unlimited edits, support, and storage are not included.
How do billing and setup work?
Monthly hosting is prepaid monthly; annual hosting is prepaid yearly. Hosting billing begins when your site goes live. Hosting setup is included when Lenbeam builds your website. You own your domain; domains and third-party subscriptions are separate.
What does extra work cost?
Additional website work: $40/hr. Simple external hosting setup: $49. Website migration: starts at $75. Dedicated IP: quoted if required.
Full redesigns, new pages, branding or logo work, complex forms, booking, e-commerce, major copywriting or SEO campaigns, malware cleanup, major repairs, custom coding, and large galleries are quoted separately. Major changes are quoted before work begins.
Basic domain email setup can be discussed. Email migration and support are quoted separately.
How will we work together?
Services are remote-first unless otherwise agreed in writing. Consultations, support, training, and project meetings use phone, email, Google Meet, screen sharing, or another agreed remote tool.
